The Kitale Law Courts have received approval to handle Court annexed Mediation cases as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
The Court has now operationalized the department to create a platform for Kenyans to resolve disputes that have overstayed in Court.
Speaking during official launch, High Court Judge Aggrey Muchelule said the move is aimed at helping reduce case backlog in the Court.
