Kenya’s Covid positivity rate at 4.3pc as 50 test positive

    Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe says 50 people have tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 1,160 tested in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate is now at 4.3pc.

    In a statement Sunday, Kagwe said from the cases from the cases 42 are Kenyans while 8 are foreigners. 28 are males while 22 are females. The youngest is a 2-year-old while the oldest is 79 years old.

    Total confirmed positive cases are now 336,740 and cumulative tests so far conducted are 3,796,220.
