Kenya’s Covid positivity rate at 11.6pc as 390 test positive

    Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has announced that 390 people have tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 3,353 tested in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate is now at 11.6pc.

    In a statement Friday, Kagwe said from the cases 353 are Kenyans while 37 are foreigners. 202 are females and 188 males. The youngest is a 1-year-old while the oldest is 101 years old.

    Total confirmed positive cases are now 328,709 and cumulative tests so far conducted are 3,717,333.
