Kenya’s Covid positivity rate at 1.8pc as 11 test positive

    Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe says 11 people have tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 611 tested in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate is now at 1.8pc.

    In a statement Monday, Kagwe says nine of the cases are Kenyans while 2 are foreigners. 8 are male while 3 are female. The youngest is aged 15 years while the oldest is 92 years old.

    Total confirmed positive cases are now 337,961 with cumulative tests so far conducted standing at 3,838,822.
