559 people have tested positive for Covid-19, from a sample size of 3,639 tested in the last 24 hours bringing total confirmed positive cases to 331,037.

The positivity rate is now at 15.4pc with cumulative tests so far conducted standing at 3,735,338.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Health, Out of the new cases 486 are Kenyans while 73 are foreigners.

322 are males and 237 females with the youngest being a one year old while the oldest is 93 years old.
