“The governor arrived in the country this morning, and would be continuing with treatment. She needs our prayers and support,”Ā he stated adding that she had not been cleared to resume her daily duties at the county government.

Dr Barchok remained tight-lipped about what is ailing the governor stating that it was up to the family to speak about it.

“The state of her health is strictly a family affair, we cannot purport to speak for them. She should be given the support she needs and we should not intrude into their privacy,”Ā he stated during a church service in Narok.
