Joseph Irungu popularly known as Jowie, Jacque Maribe’s ex-fiance has released a new song dubbed Nishikilie.
Jowie, who became popular after he was arrested in connection with the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani, spent one and a half years behind bars before he was freed on a Ksh 2 million cash bail in March this year.
In his lyrics, Jowie quotes Psalms 31:15, telling God to deliver him from his enemies.
He thanks Yahweh for wiping his tears and being his solid rock.
