Janet Mbugua’s Show: Former citizen TV news anchor Janet Mbugua will officially be back on your television screens, this time with her own show on NTV.

The excited yet nervous Lifebuoy brand ambassador announced the news of her comeback on her social media page with many sending her congratulatory messages.

The show, Here And Now which is yet to make its first debut will be aired on NTV every Thursday.

“So this is happening! I’m back on TV! With @ntvkenya, on Thursdays…#HereAndNow. The butterflies in my stomach are REAL, but so is my excitement! Follow @hereandnowke for details!” she wrote.

Janet Mbugua’s show, “Here and Now” , will start airing next week on Thursday night and it will have the host and a panel discussing various issues affecting the youth.

Ms Mbugua, who runs her own YouTube channel where she shares details of her life with her fan base of more than 30,000 subscribers, disclosed in 2017 that she took a break from TV to spend time with her young family.

She left Citizen TV after years of anchoring and ventured into content creation. She started a YouTube channel where she shares her opinions and experience on different topics mostly women related.

Women welfare is a topic close to Janet’s heart and for this, she founded an organization by the name Inua Dada back in 2013; a global Community that upholds the dignity empowers and protects the rights of every Girl Child.
