25-year-old beauty queen Immaculate Onkangi and the running mate to Nyamira gubernatorial candidate Kennedy Mongare- the current Nyamira Senator ha denied that she is having sex with the Senator.
“I have never been Kennedy Mongare’s clandestine lover. My relationship with him is solely built on principled politics and the urgent need to transform Nyamira county. We are untied on one key mission- to bring sanity to the county by cleaning up all the existing mess,” said Onkangi.
Ms. Onkangi further said that those spreading the rumours should know that she is not focused on getting a husband right now.
“If Nyamira people want to give me a husband, let them go ahead but I doubt this is my primary goal as of now. Mongare approached me solely on account of being his running mate and this is how we ended up here. Believe he is a person of strong morals and principals, and wants the best for Nyamira people,” added Onkangi as quoted on Nairobi News on Monday, July 10.
She added that she is good friends with the Senator’s wife. “We are good friends with his wife and cannot understand why people are bent on running our campaigns with unfounded propaganda,” concluded Onkangi.
