The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will use satellite phones in areas with poor network coverage in the transmission of election results.
Migori County’s Returning Officer (RO) Ben Misati Moseti said that they have mapped out regions experiencing low or poor network coverage and network interference across the county.
