Machakos gubernatorial aspirant Wavinya Ndeti can rest easy after the IEBC disputes tribunal Sunday dismissed a case seeking to stop her bid over academic credentials.
The disputes committee threw out the complaints by two voters, saying that it lacked jurisdiction to hear and determine the matter.
