The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has defended its contract with Smartmatic International Holdings after three Venezuelans were arrested with election materials.
The three; Jose Gregorio Camargo Castellanos, Joel Gustavo Rodriguez Garcia and Salvador Javier Sosa Suarez were intercepted at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
