Esther Musila, wife of gospel singer Guardian Angel, has revealed a shocking encounter with a con woman who attempted to extort money from her by fabricating false claims of an extramarital affair involving her husband.
In a video shared on her social media pages, the 53-year-old mother of three recounted the disturbing incident that transpired on Wednesday, January 10.
Musila detailed how a woman, purportedly a member of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and the owner of a special guest house, approached her with alleged evidence of Guardian Angel’s infidelity.
The deceptive message sent to Musila read, “You seem to be a respectable, humble, sane, God-fearing and loving woman. Have you recently suspected your man of being with another woman? I think you don’t deserve this.”
The fraudster claimed ownership of a celebrity house with access to CCTV footage and MPESA payments.
“I mean, he just saw you playing with that type!! Or has he chosen someone above you with big hips? This one will bring you disease for free!” read the text.
During the conversation, the con artist insisted on having enough evidence to prove the alleged affair, even sharing supposed MPESA transaction messages for a VIP guest room. The swindler went as far as claiming that the other woman involved was the daughter of a politician.
“I own a celebrity house and therefore have access to CCTV footage and MPESA payments. I hope this will be between me and you. You will not reveal the source of the information.”
Musila, however, remained composed throughout the ordeal and expressed her unwillingness to engage in any form of manipulation.
She made it clear that she would not be coerced into paying for false information.
In response to the unfounded claims, Musila asserted, “I am 53 years old; I will never follow a man. Whatever he wants to do, he can do it. There is nothing I can stop.”
Following the encounter, Musila said she did her own investigation, scrutinizing Guardian Angel’s phone and confirming that all the allegations were baseless.
