Police have arrested five suspects among them three women for kidnapping a man and demanding for a ransom to set him free.
Joseph Makau, Patrick Wekesa, Rehema Njeri, Vigilance Mumbi and Hadija Ong’ai were arrested by DCI detectives from Parklands.
According to the DCI, Mumbi, Ong’ai , and Njeri allegedly lured the man to a house in Ruaraka where they held him hostage and asked for Ksh100,000 to set him free.
