Kigumo Member of Parliament Wangari Mwaniki has disclosed that plans are underway to form Kigumo United better known as Njiiri Stars to participate in Football Kenya Federation Transition Committee
sanctioned grassroot leagues.
Mwaniki was speaking on Sunday while gracing her tournament finals that saw Gikondi FC crowned champions after overcoming Njora FC in a hotly contested game staged at Muthithi Grounds in Kigumo constituency,Murang’a county.
