Deputy President William Ruto says his administration will put to an end what he claims is continued marginalization of Northern Kenya should he be elected president. DP Ruto who was in Mandera said his government will seek to spread out development initiatives countrywide. He said the Northen Region has potential that if harnessed can turn around the regions economy.
