Deputy President William Ruto has pledged to make two thirds gender rule a reality within three months in office if Kenya Kwanza wins the August 9 general election.
Ruto who spoke during Kenya Kwanza Women charter conference at Nyayo stadium said women will be at the decision making table under his tenure in both national and county governments.
“Within three months of the Kenya Kwanza rule, we will put a mechanism to actualize the two third gender rule,” he said
