High Court now wants the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to ascertain which of the two Wills in late Dutch Businessman Tob Cohen’s multi-million shilling estate is genuine.
The directive by Judge Mugure Thande of the family division was issued Tuesday in light of an application by Cohen’s family to have the issue of the Wills addressed in order to establish which of the two documents stating late Cohen’s final wishes is original.
