A court in Nairobi has issued an injunction stopping Chiromo mortuary from releasing the body of former senior prosecutor Fredrick Ashimosi Shitambasi.
The decision comes after his estranged wife moved to court challenging proceedings leading to the burial of her ex-husband. She particularly protested being sidelined from the process.
