Tusker FC’s head coach, Robert Matano, exudes confidence as his team prepares for a crucial clash against Wazito FC at the Muhoroni Stadium.

With their eyes fixed on maintaining their lead at the top of the table over their title rivals Gor Mahia, the Brewers are leaving no stone unturned in their quest for success.

Matano acknowledges the challenge that awaits his team but remains undeterred.

“Wazito is going to be a tough match, but we are up to the task. Again we go, it is not going to be easy, but we have to win to maintain our lead.” Matano said.

Captain Humphrey Mieno echoed his coach’s sentiments, recognizing the magnitude of the upcoming encounter.

Mieno insisted  the need for his team to approach each game with utmost focus, understanding that their opponents are fighting for survival while they aim for the title.

“We can only take it a game at a time because you cannot say you have won a match until you play.”

As Tusker FC aims to retain their Premier League title and secure qualification for the CAF Champions League, every remaining match holds tremendous significance.

While two of their three remaining games are against sides with little at stake, Wazito’s battle for survival presents a unique challenge.
