Christina Shusho and Pastor John Shusho shared a 15-year marriage and were blessed with three children before recently going their separate ways.
Despite their public personas, the couple kept their private life off social media, making it challenging for fans to peek into their relationship.
However, fans now understand that their marriage had its challenges, especially following Christina’s admission about her decision to leave.
Shortly after, Pastor John Shusho addressed the breakup during a church service, expressing his pain and unwavering faith in God’s plan.
“Tell your neighbor that it’s painful, but God has ordained it. He will always prepare you for what lies ahead. To reach a new level, you must face some challenges to prepare you for what is to come,” shared Pastor John.
He revealed that the challenges he faces are akin to divine tests, meant to shape and refine him.
Despite the pain, he expressed gratitude for his journey thus far, recognizing God’s purpose in every trial.
Christina Shusho had earlier announced the breakup approximately a month ago, citing a divine mission that was not aligning with her marital status. During an interview with Jerusalem Church TV, she emphasized the peaceful nature of the separation.
”Let me be candid, I have always been truthful and do not deceive. The truth is that it’s a mission. There is nothing else. The mission that God has assigned me in this season does not allow me to remain where I was. I had to depart to fulfill the assignment. Ms Shusho said while on an interview with Jerusalem Church TV.
