Juventus have held talks over a move for Santi Cazorla next summer, according to reports in Italy.

Calcio Mercato Web report that the Serie A champions are trying to convince the 31-year-old not to renew his current deal with the Gunners, which is set to expire at the end of the season.

Juventus are very keen to improve their midfield options and continue to target Zenit’s Axel Witsel alongside Cazorla.

But the Spaniard confirmed last week that he would sign a new contract if one was offered to him.

‘I am happy here. I am trusted by the manager and my team-mates.’
