Arsenal are set to make a £29.3million offer for Julian Draxler after Mesut Ozil begged Arsene Wenger to sign him, reports in France claim.
The Germany ace is set to leave Wolfsburg in January and Wenger is now pushing hard to bring him to the Emirates.
However, Arsenal face serious competition to land him from Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, according to RMC Sport.
PSG are in talks with Draxler’s agent and are believed to be willing to offer £25.1m to sign him.
Should the 23-year-old opt to sign for the Ligue 1 side, it would likely pave the way for Jese Rodriguez – a former Arsenal target – to leave the French capital.
But The Gunners are more focused on signing Draxler, with Ozil putting pressure on Wenger to land him.
