American Rapper Fabolous Blames Blurry Pictures on Kenya’s Wifi

American Rapper Fabolous has sparked reactions on social media after claiming his photos were not of good quality due to poor wifi in Kenya, Africa.

The rapper had earlier posted photos and videos he had taken in New York when one user poked fun at him.

“Whose Android took these?” Asked a fan.

Fabolous responded by saying, “Could be my WiFi, I am in Africa right now lol.”

His comment did not sit well with Kenyans who bashed him for looking down upon Africa.

The rapper was reminded that Kenya had welcomed him with open arms and he ought to have shown some degree of respect to his fans.

Below are some comments:

“Funny how blacks themselves despise their own history and origin, then blame whites for racism, when they are also hating on themselves🤦‍♀️.”

“WiFi in Kenya happens to be the BEST in Africa…also please name the country..Africa is a continent 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️.”

“The day people will realize that Black Americans believe they are superior to other black people especially Africans you’ll stop bringing artists who’s songs we don’t even remember here . The fact that he didn’t even say Kenya like Africa is one country is so disrespectful. Also he’s not aware we have one of the fastest wifi networks?? Androids 😭😭😭😭 ??? Take this man back to his country bana.”

On arrival, Fabolous said he was honoured to be in the country and was impressed by the reception he got.

Responding to a comment about the photos, he said the response to the fan was a joke and he was not trying to be disrespectful.

“Y’all literally trolled a joke about me not being where I was in the pic & stating where I was currently. I’m sure the Android comment was a joke & so was the response. How y’all spin that into me being disrespectful is beyond me. I guess that what I get for trying to show love & respond to comments. I’ve been shown nothing but love & shown nothing but love back during my stay in Africa so this seems like nothing but a internet trolling & some people taking a offense based on someone motivating them to. Bad Wi-Fi or bad phone service can be anywhere. Not just subject to Africa. So how is saying I have bad service disrespect especially in response to a joke said to me..? Always Love 🇰🇪.”
