Popular socialite Amber Ray has opened up to her fans about the underlying causes of the intermittent breakups she has experienced with her baby daddy, Kennedy Rapudo.
In a candid conversation with Oga Obinna, the mother of two revealed that their relationship had seen its fair share of ups and downs, with three significant breakups.
Amber Ray recounted that the first breakup occurred when Rapudo asked her to make him tea one morning, and she refused.
The socialite revealed that during the initial separation, she maintained her distance for a month, as she had resolved to move on and find a stable relationship.
She emphasized that this breakup had taken a toll on her emotionally because she had been earnestly seeking a lasting commitment.
Rapudo expressed his need for a break the second time they broke up.
Amber Ray vehemently rejected this idea, stating that she did not want such an arrangement.
She described how the first breakup had left her emotionally vulnerable, causing her to abstain from socializing and even contemplate giving up on love.
Yet, within two weeks of their reconciliation, she discovered she was pregnant.
“I did not know I was pregnant,” she confessed.
“I had decided that I would end the relationship. I missed my periods, and that same time, he started looking for me, saying he had dreamt that I was carrying his child. He insisted we meet and came with a test kit.”
Amber said their third and most recent breakup occurred while Amber Ray was pregnant with their daughter.
Despite these tumultuous episodes in their relationship, Rapudo has visited Amber Ray’s parents for an introduction ceremony, and they moved into a new house where they live with their three children.
