Vitafoam Products Limited, a leading manufacturer of innovative foam-based products, has appointed Nicholas Kirwa as the Company’s Human Resources Manager. He has a ten year experience in the management of employees through working in the service and manufacturing industries.
His responsibilities at Vitafoam include recruitment, training and performance development of the employees.  He will also be in charge of the management and coordination of human resources, industrial and compliance functions.
Nicholas Kirwa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Mount Kenya University and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC). He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
