Four people died in Garissa after a vehicle they were traveling in hit an improvised explosive device (IED)Â on Daadab-Kulan road in Garissa county.
According to sources, the vehicle belonged to ADESO, a non-governmental organisation working in Somalia. The workers were going to their offices in Dobley when the they met their deaths at 2.30pm.
This is the latest in a series of attacks involving IEDs targeting government and humanitarian motorcades in the region. At least 30 people have died in similar attacks in the past month.
