ICT Chief Administrative Secretary Maureen Mbaka is challenging the youth to tap digital opportunities being offered by the government to earn a decent living working online. She says Kenya like many developed countries have in place the requisite infrastructure and policies empowering the youth get trained and subsequently secure online work.
