Activist Boniface Mwangi has accused Deputy President William Ruto of having an affair with a university student with whom they had a child!
Through his lawyer Gitobu Imanyara, the activist on October 21 filed a counter-accusation case against William Ruto justifying why the Deputy President.
“The defence and counterclaim also opens less known claims, such as William Ruto’s alleged extra-marital liaison with an unnamed university student, who bore his baby on March 6th, 2006. William Ruto allegedly neglected to support the baby until court action was threatened against him,”Boniface Mwangi says through his legal team.
DP Ruto has sued the activist after he linked him to the murder of businessman Jacob Juma.
