Former State House spokesperson Kanze Dena has been compelled to address rumors circulating that she is unwell.
Posts across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, alleged that Kanze was battling nasopharyngeal cancer (throat cancer), prompting an outpouring of prayers from Kenyans for the former Citizen TV news anchor.
The mother of two took to Instagram to refute the rumors, affirming that she is in good health.
“Life is good oh! Not exiting this race called life anytime soon. Fixing my eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of my life. I stand and declare God’s word that He shall honor me and satisfy me with long life. No evil shall befall me, neither shall any plague come near my dwelling. I shall live to declare the works of the Lord in the land of the living. God, I thank you for your word, for it shall not go out and return void. I am confident of this. Every tongue that raises itself against me in judgment is condemned. This is my heritage. I am the apple of God’s eye!” she wrote.
Kanze further addressed the rumor spreaders, asserting that no weapon formed against her would prosper.
“This race called life…not exiting anytime soon!!! The Lord is my refuge and strong tower! #God’s beloved.”
