Kenyan socialite Manzi Wa Kibera has recently found herself entangled in a saga of financial struggles and emotional turmoil with her elderly ex-lover, Nzioki.
The 67-year-old man, who once shared a romantic connection with the vibrant socialite, opened up about his challenging circumstances in a candid video that has since sparked public interest and sympathy.
Nzioki, visibly distressed and burdened by financial woes, revealed that he had lost all his household possessions and was grappling with the harsh reality of poor living conditions. In a candid conversation with a local YouTuber, he disclosed that his depleted savings, spent on catering to Manzi Wa Kibera’s needs and well-being, served as the catalyst for their eventual breakup.

Nzioki expressed that Manzi Wa Kibera’s demeanor changed dramatically upon discovering his financial struggles. Despite Nzioki’s earnest pleas and assurances that he was working towards financial stability, the socialite decided to end their relationship, leaving him in a state of emotional turmoil.
In response to Nzioki’s plea for help, Manzi Wa Kibera has stepped forward, pledging her support in a recent interview with YouTuber Nicholas Kioko.
Despite the complexity of their past, the socialite announced her intention to contribute at least Ksh5,000 to assist her former lover.
“I will stand with him through prayers. I will support him through prayers only, and if it’s money, maybe just Ksh5,000 or Ksh3,000, we will see,” she affirmed.
While extending sympathy towards Nzioki, Manzi Wa Kibera admitted her lack of awareness regarding the extent of his financial struggles.
“To be honest, I didn’t know that the old man was selling his belongings to take care of me, and I feel sorry for him,” she confessed.
Despite the tumultuous situation, she expressed gratitude for her current partner, emphasizing her contentment in the present.
Nevertheless, amid the empathy, Manzi Wa Kibera brought a surprising twist to the narrative by accusing Nzioki of infidelity. She claimed that he had engaged with other women through direct messages (DMs) on social media.
