The popular saying by Pastor Ezekiel “Hauna Nyota” seems to have manifested in the life of gospel singer Nicah The Queen.
This is after the voluptuous musician called it quits in her romantic relationship with popular Kenyan entertainer DJ Slahver Don.
We have learnt Nicah The Queen and DJ Slahver Don have parted ways barely six months after officiating their union through a public engagement.
News about the unfortunate and untimely breakup was first made public by Nicah The Queen through her official Instagram page.
Taking to her page, the mother of two disclosed that they had reached the decision to walk separate ways after much consideration.
The lass did not the main reason rather cause of their breakup but thanked her fans and Kenyans for the love they accorded the couple when they were still together.
“After so much consideration, @Slahverdon and I have decided to go separate ways. Thank you so much for the love you all accorded to us. Tunawapenda.” Wrote Nicah The Queen.
While the curvy gospel musician publicised the breakup, DJ Slahver is yet to confirm or deny the same.
Initially, Kenyans thought the breakup was just one of the many publicity stunts pulled by local celebrities.
However, we confirmed through our highly placed and reliable sources that it is as true as it came.
It should be noted the two lovebirds parted ways barely six months after announcing their engagement.
Nicah The Queen and DJ Slahver Don got engaged in May 2023, only to break up on November 2023, about five months after their engagement.
The mother of two beautiful girls disclosed that she had been hesitant to enter into yet another serious relationship after her separation from comedian Dr Ofweneke, but DJ Slahver’s love and devotion won her heart.
“A snippet of how my engagement went down I can only say thank you Jesus! Ever since my separation with Ofweneke I have received 12 marriage proposal locally and internationally and never was I ready till I met you. When you love God there are something’s you’ll never struggle with like getting a genuine love. In one of the proposals a mother proposed to me on behalf of his son who was abroad. How crazy was that,” Nicah The Queen posted.
Of importance to note is the fact that Nicah The Queen was ditched by Dr Ofweneke who exposed her as a violent woman.
This, Nicah The Queen refuted through a number of media interviews, shifting all the blame on Dr Ofweneke.
