Kakamega ODM gubernatorial candidate Fernandes Barasa has accused his competitor Cleophas Malala of voter bribery as residents take to the ballot to elect their Governor.
The gubernatorial election was postponed due to confusion on ballot papers alongside the Mombasa contest and rescheduled for Monday 29th August.
