Poverty frustrating reproductive health initiatives in Malindi

Poverty levels have been blamed for hindering the uptake of reproductive health initiatives in several villages in Malindi area of Kilifi County. Many families are forced to forgo the services to buy food, with a section of men yet to fully embrace the idea of contraceptives.
