Immediate former Kesses Member of Parliament Kiprop Mishra Swarup has asked Kenyans not to pay attention to reports indicating he had discontinued a scholarship program he initiated for his constituents.
The former lawmaker described the allegations as utterly incorrect and in bad taste.
