The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairperson has condemned the murder of Embakasi East Returning Officer, Daniel Musyoka.
While condoling the family of the slain IEBC official, Chebukati called on security agencies to speedily investigate and apprehend his killers.
