Bahati loses Mathare Parliamentary seat to Anthony Oluoch

The singer was a distant third with 8,166 votes.

Kevin Kioko, popularly known as Bahati, has lost the Mathare Parliamentary seat to incumbent MP Anthony Oluoch of ODM.

Oluoch clinched the top spot with 28,098 votes followed by Ojiwa with 16,912 votes while Bahati came in third with 8,166 votes on the Jubilee party ticket.

This loss comes a day after the singer pleaded with IEBC to announce the winner, after tallying was delayed in the constituency on…
