Yellow Fever mass vaccination rolled out in Isiolo County

The Government in collaboration with the World Health Organization, the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, UNICEF, the County government of Isiolo, and other partners have launched a 10 days mass vaccination campaign against yellow fever disease in Isiolo county as well as in parts of the neighboring Garissa County. 

This follows an outbreak of the disease in parts of Isiolo in March this year, with 71 reported cases and seven fatalities so far.
