Deputy President William Ruto has promised to overhaul the Kenya Police Service within 100 days if he is elected president in the August polls.
Speaking Sunday at Gachororo, in Kiambu County, Dr. Ruto said the Kenya Kwanza government would restore dignity of the police service.
