Presidential candidates and leaders of political parties have Saturday signed a Political Decency and Peace Charter at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.
The signing of the charter is to signify their commitment to promote and advocate for peace pre and post-9th August
The Registrar of Political Parties, Ann Nderitu, among the dignitaries lauded the multi-agency initiative noting the Charter will enhance candidates’ observance of the Political Parties Code of Conduct.
