UN Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs Rosemary DiCarlo said on Tuesday that a total of 4,731 civilians have so far been killed in the conflict in Ukraine and 5,900 others injured.
“As of 26 June, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights recorded 10,631 civilian casualties in the country: 4,731 killed and 5,900 injured,” DiCarlo said during a UN Security Council meeting.
