Kakamega High Court has lifted orders barring the Gazettement of Senator Cleophas Malala as a gubernatorial Candidate on an ANC ticket.
In his ruling Monday, Kakamega Judge Honourable P.J Otioen said that the Court cannot interfere with the rights of the Senator as the gubernatorial candidate and therefore the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission can go ahead and gazette him as the case challenging his academic credentials continues.
