Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Johnson Sakaja Sunday scored big after the IEBC’s Dispute Resolution Committee cleared him to contest for the seat in the August polls.
The committee while giving a ruling dismissed a petition that challenged the validity of his degree saying it lacks jurisdiction to determine the authenticity of the document.
An elated Sakaja who is vying on a UDA ticket assured his supporters that he will be on the ballot declaring the seat is his to win.
