Tribunal expunges letter from CUE in Sakaja’s university saga

It is a relief for Nairobi County Senator Johnson Sakaja after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission dispute resolution committee expunged a letter from the Commission of University Education. 

The letter stating that the senator’s degree from Team University in Uganda is not recognised will now not be used in the proceedings before the tribunal.
