Three Kenyans have launched a petition seeking to bar Purity Wangui Ngirici from contesting the Kirinyaga County Gubernatorial seat.
In their petition, the complainants, namely; Francis Kinyua, James Gitonga and James Wanjohi claim that Ngirici ‘forged’ the academic documents used by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to clear her to vie in the August poll.
