The National Cohesion and Integration Commission has launched a campaign in Kilifi County aimed at sensitizing members of the public on the need to maintain peace ahead of the general election. NCIC Commissioner Philip Okundi also revealed the commission has set up strategies to monitor and track hate speech across the country.
