The Ksh 5.7 billion Green Bond by Acorn Holdings floated in 2020 has been awarded at the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Finance 2021 Awards.
The real estate developer which is behind student hostels brand Qwetu, issued the bond which was was cross-listed on the International Securities Market (ISM) of the London Stock Exchange and at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) in 2020.
