Western leaders affiliated to Kenya Kwanza have promised to mobilize 90% of the regions votes for Deputy President William Ruto in the August 9th election.
Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala said the 70% people have been talking about is on the lower side saying they will surpass the target but in return, DP Ruto must also keep his side of the bargain and reward the region with 30% of government if elected.
