The High Court in Mombasa is set to deliver a ruling on whether Mike Sonko should participate in the August 9 polls.
This is after court stopped the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) from clearing impeached governors citing eligibility of the leaders to vie for office.
Sonko is battling three petitions filed in the courts of Mombasa and Eldoret both seeking to block him from running for office.
